On the basis of this unique position and a healthy entrepreneurial spirit, KroesePaternotte is able to guide its customers in an effective and pragmatic manner in the dynamic retail landscape.

KroesePaternotte guides various retailers such as The Sting, Nike, Bestseller, Lacoste, Rituals, Levi’s, Zara and Costes in their location policy. The KroesePaternotte team advises landlords such as Kroonenberg Group, CBRE Global Investors, RJB Group, a.s.r, Bouwinvest and Mn Services.

Our activities include:

  1. Establishing transactions on behalf of various institutional and private investors in the Dutch A1 retail market.
  2. Assist various (inter) national retail chains with their expansion on the Dutch A1 retail market.
    Commercial support for institutional and private investors in the context of the exploitation of their retail portfolios.
  3. Advising owners on the (re) development of their shopping centers.
  4. Advising municipalities on the (re) positioning of their core shopping area.
